The role
We are looking to recruit a StudentCare Consultant within our Dublin office to provide a high quality student focused service for Learning People. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring our students receive the best possible support through regular outbound communication.
You will support our students from enrolment right through their learning journey with Learning People.
You
will be a problem solver with excellent customer service and
communication skills, able to deal with a diverse range of individuals
and enjoy working with people. You must be highly organised, IT literate
and able to work both on your own initiative and as part of a team.
